On July 14, 1987, Matrix Group of Companies was incorporated with the primary purpose of engaging in corporate asset management for corporations, associations and other entities.

Leading to the venture of security of our clients with the inception of matrix security as the leading agency during the 90's.

Company History

Founded on February 5, 1995, Mega-Matrix Security, Inc. was established under the leadership of Chairman Dr. Ruth F. Simeon. Over the years, the company has been guided by a succession of esteemed presidents, including Col. Samuel Dumaliang, Admiral Antonio Sibayan, and Engr. Aniceto Apollo L. Cajigal Jr.

Mega-Matrix quickly gained recognition as a trusted security partner, serving prestigious clients such as PLDT Smart Telecoms, Union Bank of the Philippines, San Miguel Purefoods, Philex Mines, and Alegro Micro Systems.

Demonstrating remarkable growth, Mega-Matrix expanded its operations to different regions, establishing field offices in strategic locations such as Davao City for Mindanao, Cebu City for Visayas, and Batangas for South Luzon. Today, our company boasts a workforce of 1200 deployed guards, reflecting our commitment to providing comprehensive security solutions nationwide.

With 28 years of experience, Mega-Matrix Security, Inc. remains at the forefront of the industry, offering a complete portfolio of security services, including security guards, VIP escorts, security drivers, and armored car security. Additionally, we provide specialized services such as security assessments, investigations, and intelligence gathering, tailored to meet the unique needs of our valued clients.

Establishment of FDI in catering the industry of food and delivery was on JULY 29, 2009

It was a golden year for all. It was a standardization of DO 174 which FDI was able to implement in its client under the mandate of the Government.

Despite the pandemic, we have been proven that the diversification boosted the growth of the company.
